Had to wait longer than usual (about 30 min) after my cleaning was done as all of the dentists were doing a treatment or with other patients. This is not typical usually only a 5-10 min wait. Very efficient and friendly staff. My kids get to sit there with me the whole time.

From the first visit I was comfortable and felt at ease that I was in capable hands that had my best interest. I wouldn't change a thing. First time seeing a dentist in a very long time! —

Had a broken tooth. The staff and dentist were very nice. Will continue seeing this dentist as there is NO pain involved and they are very respectable to the patient. Going back to my tooth - it is like the tooth never was broken! Thank you!

Great Staff and Experience —

We recently moved here from FL and were in search of a new dentist. Topeka Smiles was highly recommended from friends. We decided to give it a try and we're happy we did. Office staff were friendly, dental hygienist was gentle, and dentist was knowledgeable. Best dentist experience EVER. I will continue going there and will recommend them to friends.

Super friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable staff make all the difference! —

Shelby and Rachel went above and beyond for me on my visit yesterday! My lower retainer was worn and not fitting properly so I brought my mold with me to see if I could have it fixed. Shelby told me I could have a new one made for $65 (if I wanted since my old one had holes in it) and asked Rachel (before my cleaning started) how long it would take to have made - about 2 weeks. Before Dr. Houck came in to check me, Rachel was already almost done with my new retainer. I waited not even 2 minutes after I saw Dr. Houck to receive my new retainer, while Shelby was still setting up my next appointment. Rachel explained the new device to me, ensured it fit properly, and I was off on my way. The Topeka Smiles staff is so friendly and helpful. I'm overly pleased with my visit yesterday and how the staff is so willing to help their customers / patients. Job well done!! I've referred people to Topeka Smiles before and I won't stop now!

I hate the dentist and they made me feel totally welcome! I do not receive regular dental car because of bad past experiences. They made me feel at home and joked around with me the entire time. I'm even coming back for future work. I'm excited to see my results and to start getting regular dental care again!

I had a great visit. I hate having my teeth cleaned! My teeth are sensitive and have gum disease. I had a great hygienist that has left your practice and was very surprised to see a new one! I was very nervous and scared!!! However my new hygienist Jen was the best!! She made me feel good and relaxed. She knew my issues and handled them.

I thought the cleaning was too quick. My past experiences at other offices were cleanings that at least included every tooth. This time it only polished the front. I don't know, maybe things are different now a days.
